Il beta-coronavirus SARS-Cov-2 esiste sotto forma di popolazioni di mutanti sparsi nel mondo, proprio a causa della sua grande variabilità genetica.
Adesso una nuova variante che si sta diffondendo rapidamente nel Sud-Est dell’Inghilterra ma che sembra essere già arrivata anche in Danimarca, Olanda, Australia. Una variante del virus che presenta importanti mutazioni (A570D, D614G, D1118H, N501Y, P681H, S982A, T716I, delezioni nelle posizioni 69-70 e 145), anche a carico della famosa proteina SPIKE, la proteina contro cui si sono sviluppati i vaccini.
L’attenzione è rivolta dunque a queste mutazioni che potrebbero avere conseguenze importanti sia per quanto concerne la capacità di trasmissione del virus ma anche la sua resistenza alla risposta immunitaria da vaccinazione.
Gli studi teorici sono in corso e sembrano smentire (non è molto chiaro su quali basi) una diminuzione dell’ “efficacia di questi vaccini” ma di fatto solo ciò che succederà sul campo potrà dare risposte certe.
La casa farmaceutica Pitfzer BioNTech che ha prodotto il vaccino genico per promuovere la campagna, come si è dimostrato in alcuni video; molti soggetti fingono di inoculare il suddetto vaccino. A voi le conclusioni razionali.
